Andrew was born in St. Louis, MO, on September 15, 1991, as the firstborn of 5 children to Brad and Patty Wos. He was raised in a loving, Christian home and nurtured in faith at Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church.

At the age of 8, Andrew moved with his family as missionaries to Cape Town, South Africa, where the people and country captured his heart. He was raised in South Africa and graduated from El Shaddai High School. He attended the Bible Institute of South Africa for 1 year, then moved to Chattanooga, TN, to attend Covenant College. He also attended Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, where he played soccer and received an associate's degree from St. Louis Community College.

Andrew was kind, caring, compassionate, and loved to have fun. He loved to make others laugh and laugh in community with his funny memorized movie lines, accents, and imitations. He was loved wholeheartedly by family & friends.

Andrew was a gifted athlete and loved many sports, with soccer, swimming, cycling, and long-distance running among his favorites. He completed 6 marathons, 15 half marathons, and many triathlons in the past 12 years. Andrew also loved to coach others in the patient endurance of long-distance training.

Andrew was raised in Africa and loved connecting with people from all over the world. He loved his work as an event coordinator with the St. Louis Festival of Nations. He was also skilled as a finishing woodworker and most recently enjoyed working with people on the Home Depot team at the Pro Desk.
