Betty Jean Kamman (nee Rall)

Kamman, Betty Jean (nee Rall), died on Monday, September 21, 2026 at the age of 94. The only child of the late Frank and Helen Rall. Wife of (the late) William A. Kamman for 62 years. Mother of Christine (Bruce) Earls, Lisa (Ted) Mellinger and Elizabeth (Jerry) Hunnicutt. Grandmother of Paige (Dan) Ernst, Michael (Emily) Mellinger, Alex Mellinger. Step-grandmother of Brian (Nichole) Earls and Shelby Hunnicutt. Great-grandmother to Miles Ernst, Jillian Ernst, Owen Mellinger, and Wesley Ernst.

Betty graduated from Harris Teacher's College and received her Masters Degree in Education from Maryville University. She taught in the St. Louis Public School system and later in the Parkway School District for 22 years.

She was a charter member of The Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church and an active participant. She was a faithful volunteer for many years at the Butterfly House, a division of the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Betty will be missed by her many friends and acquaintances. Visitation will be held at SCHRADER Funeral and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
