Kersey, Billy Gene, 93, passed away, Wednesday, December 31, 2025. He was born in Eskridge, Kansas, a son of Robert Otis and Jesse (nee Karnes) Kersey.  Billy was a retired salesman for Altadis Company.

He was the beloved husband of the late Wanda L. (nee Hurst) Kersey, who preceded him in death November 7, 2013; dear father of Steven (Lisa) Kersey and Diana (Dennis Boiles) Evers and Jackie Koffer; loving grandfather of Matthew Kersey, Ryan (Sheela) Evers, Rebekah Kersey, David (Alee) Evers, Matthew (Brooke) Keller, Megan Keller, and Kelly Cunningham; proud great-grandfather of Steven, Gavin, Michael, Elijah, Leo, Brooks, Natalie, and Chase; and brother of the late Owen, Carl, Clair, Wayne, Dale, Kenny, and Harold.
