Vandegriffe, Charles Herbert, at the age of 77 on Friday, December 19, 2025.  Beloved husband for 59 years of Yvonne True Vandegriffe (nee Bourgeois); loving father of Renee True Hemmy (the late Scott) and Amy Marie Vandegriffe; dear grandfather of Regan, Natalie (Eli) and Madisyn; brother of Mark G. Vandegriffe, Kevin S. Vandegriffe (Dee) and Cathie V. Koenig (Rick); brother-in-law, uncle. great uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Charles was born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri.  He attended Hazelwood Central High School where he excelled in Track and Football.  Charles graduated from SIUE, served his country in the United States Air Force and had a successful career in manufacturing.  Charles was an avid fan of all sports.
