Obituary

Curtis "Curt" Grant Parker, 80 years old, passed after several years with Parkinson's and dementia. He was born of Taffy and Grant Parker.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah, and three daughters; Rachel, Lacey, and Cassidy, as well as two grandchildren, Dot and George. He was a well loved husband, son, father, "PaPa", brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin, and friend.

Curt was a talented wildlife artist and author of two books; Hostile Witness and Ditched. He loved reading the Bible, being with his family, and watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball. We want to thank Solace Hospice and St Andrew's at St. Francis Place for Curt's final care. One of Curt's favorite responses when someone said it was good to see him was "it's good to be seen…and not viewed."

Services: In keeping with his wishes, Curt gave his body to science and there will be a private family gathering to celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation . Arrangements by the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin. Friends may sign the family's on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.
