Elliott, Frances Jean (nee Weiss), passed away surrounded by loved ones, Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

Beloved wife of the late Earl Ray Elliott, Sr.; loving mother of Patricia (Kevin) Watson, Pamela (Kevin) Scott, Trae (Kim) Holtmann, Earl (Tena) Elliott II, Stephen (Heather) Elliott, Ginger (Bill Rolufs) Frank, Tina (Dave) Vogel, and Timothy (Karen) Elliott Sr.; devoted grandmother of Melissa (Robert), Timothy II (Jeana), Nicholas, Colin, Jeremiah, Spencer (Steve), Megan (Nick), Danielle, Sydney (Paul), Brad (Ashley), Terin, Earl III (Kristina), Ethan, Ehren, Raylee, Reagan, and Ronin; cherished great grandmother of 22; proud great great grandmother of 1; dear sister of Carl (Pat) Weiss; doting fur mom to Max and Molly; dear sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, great great aunt, cousin, and friend of many.

Besides being a wife, mom, and grandmother; Fran has had many responsibilities in her life. She loved and was proud of her position as an undercover security officer with Target in Ballwin. She really missed her husband, Earl after he passed in 2006 and it brings the family comfort knowing they are together again. Her Shih Tzu dogs were an extension of her family and that cannot be stressed enough. Fran loved every time the family was gathered together, not only enjoying the memories created, but listening to her four son's joking and laughing. Fran would light up when reminiscing with her baby brother, Carl as they looked back at their many memories together. She spent multiple hours on the phone texting and talking to her best friend Benny, eight children, and many grandchildren. Fran was a faithful member of Faith Community Church. She enjoyed her time volunteering at the church's outreach program, Peace by Piece. Each Christmas season was fun for many reasons but the Christmas lights were something she admired. She was always an avid reader of mysteries and thrillers. Fran enjoyed going out to eat, even to a back yard Bar-B-Q requesting, "Burn a pork steak for me". She was so happy to see the first snow this season. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
