Steele, Glenda Jane (nee Montgomery), passed away, Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at the age of 83.

Loving wife of almost 58 years of the late Robert E. Steele Sr.; dear mother of Cynthia Steele and Robert Jr. (Nancy) Steele; sister-in-law of Karen (Keith) Scott and the late Richard Steele; loving aunt and friend to many.

Cherished wife and mother of 2 children.  She treasured her faith in God, family, friendships and her rewarding work with young children.  She expressed great joy when experiencing God's beautiful creations: her childhood family farm, walks along the seashore, the laughter of children, the unconditional love of animals and the endless blue sky.

Services: Funeral service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Monday, June 29, 2026, 11:30 a.m. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Second Chance Ranch - STL .
