Jacqueline Claire
"Jackie" Brockelmeyer (Née Mcnulty)
Nov 23, 1950 — Apr 24, 2026
Valley Park
Jacqueline Claire Brockelmeyer (née McNulty), lovingly known as "Jackie," passed away peacefully on Friday, April 24, 2026.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Jackie was the cherished daughter of Clarence H. McNulty and Charlotte (née Kohler) McNulty. Raised in Florissant, she attended McCluer North High School and Florissant Valley Community College before beginning a career as an administrative professional.
Over the course of her professional life, Jackie served in a variety of administrative roles at McDonnell Douglas, General American Life Insurance, several private law practices, Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, and ultimately Concordia Seminary, where she remained until her retirement in 2016.
Jackie found her greatest joy in the people she loved. She treasured afternoons spent with family and friends, whether attending yoga classes, lingering over sandwiches and conversation at St. Louis Bread Company, or cheering passionately for her beloved St. Louis Rams. She also delighted in collecting delicate cup-and-saucer sets, each one reflecting her appreciation for beauty, warmth, and tradition.
She leaves behind her longtime partner, James Brown; her former husband, Jim Brockelmeyer; her sons and daughters-in-law, David and Ginger Brockelmeyer and Joshua and Erika Brockelmeyer; and her adored granddaughters, Isabela and Kora Brockelmeyer. Her kindness, humor, resilience, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Jackie's Life will be held on May 16, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. at Garden View Care Center, 13612 Big Bend Road, Valley Park, Missouri 63088. Family and friends are warmly invited to gather, share memories, and honor a life beautifully lived.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Cancer Support Community of Greater St. Louis , an organization that brought Jackie comfort, friendship, and lasting support during her journey.
