Starck, James Joseph "Joe", passed away, Monday, September 20, 2021.

He is survived by long time companion Sherri Parker; loving daughter Tracy Carter; grandchildren Sydney, Kendall and Gabriella Carter; sister Shirley Krausch; sisters-in-law Phyllis Sappington and Karen Starck and brother-in-law Willie Mertz; dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend of many. He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Nellie Starck (nee St. Onge); siblings Leroy Starck, Betty Mertz, Ralph Starck and Marie Hayhurst.

Services: Funeral service at St. John United Church of Christ, 332 Old Sulphur Spring Road, Manchester, Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation at church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at a later date at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
