He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, a son of the late Donald Lee Stuesse and is survived by his mother Nelda Walker (née Jones). Jeff attended Parkway West High School and enjoyed his time in the Parkway West marching band playing the saxophone and competing in the high jump for track and field. Jeff was a self-taught information technology systems engineer and worked for Bank of America for 25 years.
