John Edward Walker, born April 1, 1959 to Edward and Wanda Walker in St. Louis, MO, went to the arms of the Lord on August 31, 2025.

Beloved son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather, John was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Bradley and Lawrence, and his sister Natalie. He leaves behind his loving wife Beth, daughter Sarah (Nathen), son John Michael (Julia), granddaughter Mia Grace, and Mother-in-Law Mary Bush, as well as his sister Kara (Bill), brothers Steven and Doug, and his nieces and nephews.

John's favorite thing to do was make other people laugh. He always had a story or joke to tell. He also loved to share good food and good times with those he loved. His laughter, listening ear, and cooking will be greatly missed by his family and friends. If your family is practicing Catholic, we humbly ask that you speak to your parish about having a Mass said in John's honor.

Eternal rest grant unto John, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen

Services:  Funeral Mass Saturday, September 6, Holy Infant Catholic Church, 10 a.m. Interment Sunset Hill Cemetery, Potosi, MO. 1 p.m. Visitation Friday 4-8 p.m. at The Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory.
