Suchland, Judy Kathryn (nee Reed), passed away, Wednesday, August 6, 2025.

Loving wife for 56 years of Mark Suchland; dear mother of Wendy Sue Sandstrom, Stuart Charles Suchland and Rebecca Elizabeth Madsen; beloved grandmother of Faith Sandstrom, Isabel Suchland and Jacob Suchland; daughter of the late Bert and Kathryn Reed (nee Rice).

Judy grew up in Fenton, and married Mark in 1969. She was a teacher before becoming a mom to three children. Later she found a job again in education, this time as the science department secretary at Parkway South High School.

Judy loved all things creative, from sewing to cross stitch to cake decorating. She adored musicals and spent many happy hours assisting backstage with school play productions in her free time. Judy loved her family and her dogs and talking with her friends. She never met a stranger she couldn't chat with and often came home from vacation with the names and addresses of new friends she kept in touch with for the rest of her life.

Judy was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.

Services:   Funeral service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.  Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
