Obituary

Justin Scott Hickenbotham
June 9, 1988 - September 15, 2025

Justin was born to Margie and David Hickenbotham.  His father preceded him in death.  He has 2 siblings, Brian Hickenbotham and Angie (Eric) Tobias, nieces Addison and Izzy.  His Aunt Sheila was his second mom.  Many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.
Justin never met a stranger and made friends wherever he went.  If you knew Justin, you were friends for life.

Justin loved a new adventure and that adventuresome spirit led him to go many places in his lifetime.  From Montana to Florida and many places in between.  He loved helping others, which is probably why he started his business in construction.  Hunting and fishing were his passions; it didn't matter if he shot a deer or caught a fish, he had some good stories.

If you ever had a very long conversation with Justin, I am sure the name Pastor Leon would come up.  He loved his Pastor and his church family.

Justin's life might have been short, but he lived it to the fullest.  Proverbs 22:1 says, "A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches and favor is better than silver or gold."  He is not in pain now and is in heaven with a host of family and friends.  While we are sad and will miss him, we can have the assurance of seeing him again someday.
