Gross, Kenneth B. "Ken", passed away January 29, 2026 at Friendship Village in Chesterfield at the age of 90.  He was born in Archie, Missouri, son of Vern and Gwendolyn Gross.  Ken grew up in Archie and Adrian Missouri, was a United States Army veteran, a graduate of the University of Missouri where he met his wife Glenda, and a retired teacher with the Ferguson-Florissant School District.

Ken was the beloved husband of Glenda J. (nee Templeton) Gross for 66 years, who preceded him in death June 23, 2025; dear father of Judy (John) Norman, and the late Michael (Phyllis) Gross; loving grandfather of Sarah, Stewart, Leah, Zachary and Madeline; and proud great-grandfather of Isaac, Liam, Gwendolyn, Clark, Finn and Briggs.  Ken was also preceded in death by brother Bob Gross and sister Nancy Werst.

Ken enjoyed anything competitive, especially tennis, pool and ping pong.  Ken also enjoyed traveling after retirement, country line dancing with Glenda, and had a lifelong interest in the latest technology and gadgets.

Services:   Funeral service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. Interment Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens.
