Son of the late Joseph Beldon Pewitt and the late Hanna Crow Pewitt; loving husband of the late Betty Pewitt (nee Plank); dear father of Kenneth James Pewitt; dear grandfather of Sarah, William Pewitt and Melissa Mason. dear father-in-law of Carrie Smith Pewitt; dear brother of ten; uncle of many nieces and nephews and friend of many.

Services:  A private funeral service was held with interment at Bethel Cemetery, Wildwood, Missouri.
