Leonard Seville, age 96, of Valley Park, Missouri died on Friday, May 8, 2026, while residing at the Missouri Veterans Home in St. James, MO.

He was born at home in Valley Park on December 16, 1929 to John and Barbara Marie (Stetina) Seville.

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents and all of his siblings. He is survived by his children Lynne (Randi) L'Hommedieu, Cynthia (Kevin) Suttner, John Seville, and Jeffrey (Sherry) Seville.

He is also survived by grandchildren Christopher (Courtney) Goris, Peter L'Hommedieu, Nicolas Goris, Michael Goris, Brandon Seville, Alyssa Seville, AJ Seville, and many nieces and nephews.

After military service from 1951 to 1953 where he was a cook at Fort Chaffee in Arkansas he worked his entire career as a cement mason with Seville Brothers Contracting in Valley Park retiring at age 67.

Leonard greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life and for many years he raised and trained hunting dogs, some of which he kept and some he sold to other hunters.
