Lorraine Dolores
Victory (Nee Irwin)
Dec 23, 1941 — Jun 18, 2026
St. Louis
Lorraine Dolores Victory, baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection on June 18, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Lorraine later made her home in Massapequa, New York, and Chesterfield (St Louis), Missouri. She treasured her family, friendships, and the many neighbors whose lives she touched through her kindness and caring spirit. Lorraine will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Donald.
She is lovingly survived by her children, Veronica (Greg), Billy, and Cynthia (Dallas); her grandchildren, Ariana, Brittany (Stephon), Courtney, Donovan, Connor, Mikayla, and TJ; and her great-grandchildren, Kingston, Caroline, Eleanore, and Liam.
Lorraine shared a very special bond with her siblings, Charlie (Ellie), Muriel, Kenny (RoseAnn) and Donald (Marlene) each of whom held a cherished place in her heart. She was a devoted aunt who loved all of her nieces and nephews dearly. Among them, she shared an especially close relationship with her niece, Marguerite, who was like a daughter to her.
Before she raised her family, Lorraine started her career at Morgan Stanley. She made many friendships during her years at Macy's, where her coworkers became lifelong friends.
Lorraine had a special love for Angels, she collected them throughout her life believing they were gentle reminders that we are never alone.
The family extends its heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate caregivers and staff at Surrey Place and Unity Hospice for their exceptional care, comfort, and support.
