Rollins (Nee Glover)
May 13, 1955 — Feb 27, 2026
Grover
Patricia "Pat" Rollins (nee Glover), went to be with the Lord, Friday, February 27, 2026.
Beloved wife for 52 years of Mike Rollins. Best friend and mother of Laura (Joe) Day and Rebecca Rollins. Doting grandmother of Evie Day. Cherished sister of Joy Kildow. Loving daughter-in-law of Terry and Mary Rollins. Dearest aunt, cousin, friend and spiritual mentor.
Born on May 13, 1955, Pat was raised in the loving care of her mother and Mamaw, who instilled in her the values of kindness, selflessness, and a deep faith in the Lord. Pat carried these values with her throughout her life, touching countless hearts with her unwavering compassion and devotion.
A dedicated nurse, Pat studied to become a healthcare professional, where she tirelessly worked to bring peace, comfort, and care to her patients. Her selflessness knew no bounds, and she worked diligently to make each life she touched feel valued and supported.
In 1973, Pat met the love of her life, Mike, at a music concert in Memphis, TN. She and Mike were married on December 29 of that year, beginning a lifelong partnership built on love, faith, and mutual respect. As a mother, Pat was a steady rock for her family, always putting their needs above her own and remaining strong through life's challenges.
Pat was a passionate animal lover and an avid traveler. After retiring, she and Mike enjoyed RV trips across the country, exploring national parks like Glacier and Yellowstone. She also enjoyed trips to beautiful destinations such as Ireland, Wales, England, Tokyo and Alaska.
In addition to her family, Pat's heart was committed to serving others. She founded the Soul Sisters Bible Study Group and volunteered at the Open Door Animal Sanctuary. She was also a master quilter, a talent that she shared with friends and family alike, always creating beautiful pieces that reflected her loving spirit.
Pat's personal traits of joy, determination, and bravery were felt by everyone who knew her. She was sympathetic, stalwart, and a true fighter, always lifting others up with her strength and kindness. Her legacy will live on through her family, the many lives she touched, and the deep faith she carried with her every day.
