Furlong, Raymond James, passed away, Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the age of 88.  He was born in St. Louis, a son of Richard J. and Edna Marie (nee Eberhart) Furlong, Sr.  Ray was formerly a member of the United States Army Reserve and retired from the Ritenour School District as an Administrative Assistant.

He is the beloved husband of Dixie (nee Goltz) Furlong; dear father of Chip (Joanne) Furlong, and Mark (Denise) Furlong; loving grandfather of Drew Furlong Meile; brother of Robert C. Furlong, and the late Richard J. Furlong, Jr.; and brother-in-law of Ralph Goltz, and Shirley Goltz Lochmann.

Services: No services will be held, per Ray's wishes. Arrangements through the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin.
