Robert George
Clement
Jun 23, 1963 — Mar 5, 2026
Pacific
Robert George Clement of Pacific, Missouri, passed away suddenly and much too soon, Thursday, March 5, 2026, doing what he loved, riding a bike on a sunny day.
Bob was born on June 23rd, 1963, to the late Arnold and Susan Spencer Clement in Kirkwood, MO. The oldest of five, he grew up with siblings and cousins in the Ellisville area, attending Lafayette High School, wrestling and playing the trumpet, among many other things. Bob received his BSBA in Accounting from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO, where he met his wife of over 40 years, and where he made lifelong friends. In the Kansas City area, Bob practiced accounting as an auditor for Laventhol & Horwath. Several years later, he returned to the St. Louis area to work with his father and brothers at Clement Brickwork, eventually starting Clement Masonry, and thriving as a successful Mason Contractor. After "retiring", he continued to be active, working at Brentwood Building Supply, making friends with everyone he met. Finally giving up his "desk job", Bob stayed vital to the construction business by identifying and matching used brick throughout the St. Louis Metro area, continuing to develop friendships along the way.
Bob loved his family. His most precious memories were spending time with his three boys, and being involved with their sports activities: wrestling, baseball, Tae Kwon Do, and rugby. Bob went to Connie's Gym almost every day, where he had many friends and, recently, enjoyed weekly golf games with some of those buddies. Bob was a member of Lewis Memorial Chapel Methodist Church, where he enjoyed fellowship and community service. Bob enjoyed travel and visits to friends and family, and he could always be counted on to share good conversation around the campfire or fire pit. But what Bob was best at was helping others. He was just that guy who always said "Yes". How fortunate we all were to know and love him, and to call him family, friend, neighbor.
Forever missed, but never forgotten, Bob leaves behind his life partner Lee Ann; sons Bobby (and daughter-in-law, Mary), Logan (and daughter-in-law, Maddie), and Lucas; brothers Jim (Kathy),and Mark; sisters Terri (Tim) Finney, and Patty (Jim) Welch; sister-in-law Lisa (John) Daly; godmother & Aunt Jane Timmerberg, and Uncle Bill Clement; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, friends, and neighbors.
Bob was a registered organ donor. Although we were not able to help him achieve that in the end, we honored that wish in all we did, and we encourage all to check your driver's license and to consider signing up at license renewal, if you are not registered.
