Ronald Frank Langheier

Langheier, Ronald Frank, passed away, Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the age of 80. He was born in Buffalo, New York, a son of Franklin and Muriel (nee Fell) Langheier.

Ron earned an associate degree in 1966 from Erie Community College, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Tri-State College in Angola, Indiana in 1969. He had a long career as a mechanical engineer with McDonell-Douglas and Emerson Electric as well as a machinist at Chrysler Corporation.

Ron was the beloved husband of Donna Marie (nee Schanche) Langheier, who preceded him in death June 21, 2025; the dear father of Michael (Christi LaPointe) Langheier; and loving brother of Robert (Debbie) Langheier; nieces, nephew, friends and co-workers.

Services: Funeral service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Friday, October 30, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. Interment Lakewood Park Cemetery.
