Sandra Jeanette Christeson (nee Els), passed away, Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Beloved wife for 62 years of the late Larry Eugene Christeson. Loving mother of Cheri (William) Riley and Robyn Heath. Proud Gammas of Chelsea (Carl), Brandon (Amy), Jacob (Kelly), Matthew (Courtney), Justin (Kasia) and Jordan. Great Gammas of Emmalyne, Maxwell, Colton, Barrett, Wyatt, Jonah, Hunter, Hannah, Declan and Hadley. Dear aunt, cousin and friend of many.

Sandra was deeply devoted to her family from a young age, a bond that remained central throughout her life. She was an active and caring presence in her community, known for her genuine love of people. For 48 years, she drove a school bus, a role she cherished, forming meaningful connections with the many children she transported over the years.

Her faith was an important part of her life. She regularly attended Bible study and was actively engaged with her church family. Sandra will be fondly remembered for her warm smile, kind spirit, and the way she never met a stranger. Her caring nature and deep love for her family, especially her grandchildren, left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Services: A celebration of Sandra's Life will be held at The Ridge Church in Villa Ridge, MO, on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to the DAV (Disabled American Veterans) , Shiloh Christian Children's Ranch (601 N. Center, Box 606 Shelbina, MO 63468) or the Gasconade Manor District (P.O.
