Spencer, Thomas Joseph, 79, passed away, Thursday, April 2, 2026. He was born in St. Louis, a son of Joseph J. and Jane V.  (nee Jennings) Spencer. Tom graduated from the University of Missouri, Rolla and retired from the Maritz Corporation and the Arizona State Retirement System.

He is the dear father of Thomas Spencer, and the late William J. Spencer; loving grandfather of Brendan Thomas (Maddie) Spencer, and Alexandrea Lee (Adam) Fleming; proud great-grandfather of Onyx Rose Kempen, and Sully Spencer; dear brother of John (Diane) Spencer; uncle of Ryan Spencer, and Alex (Kylie) Spencer; he is also survived by his former wife Rosanne Spencer.

An avid golfer, Tom worked part-time in retirement at a local golf course in Arizona, continuing to play as often as possible. Tom liked to travel; his favorite vacation included a round of golf on the Old Course at St. Andrews in Scotland.  Tom always enjoyed the company of family and friends.
