Vogt, Victoria "Vicki" Ann (nee Waddell ), passed away, Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

Loving mother of Adrienne (Mike) Fink and Torri (Brandon) Stark; beloved grandmother of Killian, Kipley and Dierks Fink, Henry, Kason, Gunnar, Kolten and Layne Stark; daughter of the late Spencer and Mary Ann Waddell (nee Wallach); sister of Chuck (Kim) Waddell, Randy (Lisa) Waddell, Brian (Cathy) Waddell and Vince (Laura) Waddell; dear aunt of Liz Waddell, Kathleen Waddell, Nicole Waddell, Garrett Waddell, Spencer Waddell, Rachel (Bill) Chetney, Christin (Sean) Schlake, Hannah (Tommy) Lawless, Ethan Waddell, Jacob Waddell, Abbey (Kyle) Ebert, Raegan (Doug Queen) Waddell, Zoey Zlatnic and Weston Zlatnic; great-aunt of Harper, Indi, Stella, Liam, Cohan, Marin, Louisa, Faye and Tillie; loving cousin and friend to many.

Vicki's love of horses started at a young age and she was able to pick the hobby up again later in life when she started volunteering at Equine Assisted Therapy (E.A.T.). She then was able to have 2 horses of her own Bodie and Shaker that she took on various trips to multiple states with dear friends. Her love of travel also increased as she was able to travel to quite a few continents squeezing in adventure and horseback riding while there. When not traveling Vicki loved spending time with her 8 grandsons who meant the world to her. She took many trips to both Colorado and Iowa to visit with them and summers were spent in St. Louis creating memories with them as well. When home Vicki spent her time with her giant friendly dog Darla relaxing. Vicki impacted many lives over the years and she will be missed by many.

Services: Celebration of Life to take place at Crescent Farms Golf Course, 745 Lewis Road, Eureka, MO. On February 21, 2026 from 11am until 1pm. Dress is casual as it is a time to visit with old friends, share in laughter and memories (just like Vicki would want), nothing formal to take place.
