Wideman-Hendrickson, Wendy "Wimpy", passed away, Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the age of 56 following an extended illness.  She was born in St. Louis, a daughter of Barney and Sharon (nee Arft) Wideman.  Wendy was a member of St. John Lutheran Church (now Pathfinder). Wendy was given the nickname "Wimpy" by her sister and brother, and was a loving aunt, great-aunt, and cousin.

She is survived by her sister Terry Wideman; her significant other John Clark; nieces and nephews Amy, Jamie, Barry, Kristie, Ashley, Dalton, and Devine; great-nieces and nephews Kamyron, Aleya, Dylan, Payton, Gracie, Bentley, Christian, Jasmine, Savanna, Kolton, Caleb, Carter, and Storey; plus, her beloved miniature chihuahua, Rossi.

Wendy was preceded in death by her parents Barney and Sharon Wideman; grandparents Andrew and Norabell Wideman, and Leonard and Celt Arft; her dear bother Barry Wideman, Sr., and numerous aunts, uncles, and friends.

Services: Memorial visitation at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Friday, November 28, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until time of memorial service at 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of Wendy's life will be held immediately following her services from 3-7 p.m. at the Valley Park Lion's Club, 1001 St. Louis Avenue, Valley Park, MO 63088.
